1:1 Somatic Sessions
60 minutes · $120 · Sliding scale available
A space to slow down, listen to your body’s responses, and explore the sensations, patterns, and relationships that feel present in your life.
Through conversation, body awareness, and gentle somatic exploration, we follow what emerges at a pace that respects your boundaries, needs, and choices.
I recommend beginning with a six-session series ($600), which gives us time to go beneath the surface and let new patterns take root. Single sessions are also available.
1:1 Cyclical Embodiment
Four 60-minute sessions · $400
Somatic exploration through the menstrual cycle.
Your menstrual cycle and nervous system are in constant conversation, influencing how you experience stress, energy, sensitivity, pleasure, and rest.
Through education, body awareness, and somatic practices tailored to each phase of your cycle, we explore your unique rhythms, what supports you, and how to work with your body rather than against it.
Not another set of rules for how to live. A deeper relationship with the body you’re living in.
Sessions are scheduled around the phases of your individual menstrual cycle, rather than at fixed weekly intervals.
Somatic Education & Resources

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a personalized guide with relevant practices, readings, resources, and practitioner referrals to support your ongoing exploration.
Questions
-
We usually begin with a conversation about what’s happening in your life or something you’d like support with. From there, I’ll guide you to slow down, settle into your body, and gently bring your attention inward, a little like meditation.
As we explore your body’s sensations and responses, you may begin to feel tension soften, emotions move, or a deeper sense of support emerge. Sometimes this brings relief or release, a fresh perspective, or simply the experience of feeling held in what you’re going through.
Every session is different, and there’s no particular experience you need to have. I’ll be there to guide and support you along the way.
-
Not at all. You might arrive exhausted, distracted, numb, curious, resistant, or full of things you can’t quite put into words. We begin with whatever is present, including the parts of you that aren’t sure about being here.
-
No. Somatic sessions can complement psychotherapy, but they aren’t a substitute for licensed mental health care. I’m happy to work alongside other forms of support.
-
Most sessions take place online. If you’re in Brooklyn, we can discuss possible in-person options.

Everyone is different. Some people come for a single session, and many find the work deepens over time. For 1:1 somatic sessions, I recommend beginning with six. That gives us time to go beneath the surface, notice your patterns, and let new ones take root. A six-session series is $600.

Sessions are $105. A sliding scale is available in certain circumstances. Mention it on your discovery call, or send me a note before booking, and I’ll get back to you.
